Change.
"Things do not grow better; they remain as they are. It is we who grow better, by the CHANGES we make in ourselves! "
The above ~ quote is made by Swami Vivekananda.
"All meaningful and lasting change starts first in your imagination and then works its way out. Imagination is more important than knowledge."
~ Albert Einstein
"Change is hard because people overestimate the value of what they have and underestimate the value of what they may gain by giving that up."
~ James Belasco and Ralph Stayer
It's a common notion that If you want to grow, you need to Change.
Growth is painful. Change is painful, but nothing is as painful as not embracing the change.
Life is a series of changes.
There have been several major shifts in the materials upon which we use to read over the last few thousand years. As the world advanced & changed, so does the change happened in the reading material.

The world in which we live is constantly changing.
Today, we are at the beginning of a Fourth Industrial Revolution. Developments in genetics, artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology, 3D printing and biotechnology, to name just a few, are all building on and amplifying one another. This will lay the foundation for a revolution more comprehensive and all-encompassing than anything we have ever seen.
It is also evident in major shifts on the demand side, as growing transparency, consumer engagement and new patterns of consumer behavior, which are related to human psychology, (increasingly built upon access to mobile networks and data) are forcing companies to adapt the way they design, market, and deliver products and services. This, in turn, forces us to, not only look at the STEM careers from a new perspective and skills adaptation but for Business, Commerce and Social Sciences careers also.
While the impending change holds great promise, the patterns of consumption, production and employment created by it also pose major challenges requiring proactive adaptation by corporations, governments and INDIVIDUALS (It includes you and me.)
